Return & Exchange Policy – Naari
At Naari, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium-quality women’s ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel.
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers.
- Customized, stitched, or altered items.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Request
Contact our customer support within the return period via email or phone to request a return.
Step 2: Approval & Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.
Step 3: Quality Check
After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
Step 4: Refund
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or store wallet within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
- If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a refund as per your preference.
4. Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be proc
